This sometimes involves depicting certain scenes in the bedroom, where two strangers are seen sharing the same bed and covers, and occasionally, the woman dressed in revealing attire to pass a dialogue between them, including at times behavioral transgressions…..
The question here is whether the bedroom scene is necessary for embodying realism, or is it necessary to transcend ethics in order to achieve profitability for the film under the pretext that this is what the audience wants.
The final question is, if Arabic drama seeks to shed light on various aspects of human life, what is its role if it does not contribute to the intellectual and moral refinement of the viewers’ taste,?….
